<span style="font-weight: bold;">GERMAN POTATO SALAD INSTRUCTIONS</span><br />
First of all boil potatoes until they can be easily priced by a fork. And then peel and slice potatoes. Add sliced hard boiled eggs. Next is to crumble four strips of bacon over mixture.<br />
Save bacon drippings and mix with an equal amount of white vinegar. Pour this over potatoes, eggs and bacon. Mixture should be moist. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm...enjoy the potato salad !<br />

<li>3 tbsp. wine vinegar</li>
<li>Dill for garnish</li>

<span style="font-weight: bold;">GERMAN POTATO SALAD INSTRUCTIONS</span><br />
Bring potatoes to a boil. Then cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Drain potatoes and cool. Cut bacon into 1 inch slices, cook until crisp in large skillet. Remove bacon to cool and drain on a paper towel. Leave 2 tablespoons bacon fat in skillet. Add onion and cook until soft (about 5 minutes).<br />

Add sugar, salt, pepper and flour, blend well. Slowly add vinegar and 1/2 cup water. Stir until sauce thickens and begins boiling. Add potatoes and bacon. Heat thoroughly. Transfer to serving platter and garnish with dill.
